What's Going on at LLBCL – April 27th Edition

The next Virtual Family Challenge started on Wednesday April 22nd. We want to see your marble run creations using common household items. This virtual family activity can be submitted by posting in the comments, sending it via messenger or e-mailing the Library Director (email icon on our homepage). All entries are due on Tuesday, May 5th. Prizes will be awarded after all the challenges have been completed.

Next installment of RighT at Home featuring Joanne and hosted by the Lac La Biche County Libraries will be released on Thursday, April 30th. Join us for a fun time featuring stories, songs, rhymes and crafts. The link will be posted on our website under the latest news section and Facebook page.

  • Read Prairie Indigenous Collection is the first of its kind in Canada as it increases access to stories by Indigenous authors, and writings about Indigenous culture from publishers in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta.
  • Hobbies & Craft Reference provides comprehensive full text content for many of the most popular hobbies, crafts and recreation activities today. Choose from magazines, books, instructional 'how-to' and videos.
Library Staff will be working from home and available Monday - Friday between 9-4pm to aid with our e-resources.
